Our X-Ray scanners enables the investigation and establishment of the contents of suspected areas / things by enabling an operator to examine and verify the contents remotely and from a safe distance.

INSPECTOR XR200 is used to penetrate thin and medium walled objects by means of x-rays for use in any possible terrorist bomb thread situation. INSPECTOR XR200 is one of the most advanced portable x-ray systems in the world, and is highly recommended by many police and security authorities, military, custom services and by private security companies.

INSPECTOR XR200 is supplied in a solid transport case with foam lining, accessories included. The tripod to INSPECTOR XR200 is packed in a transport bag.

After exposure the picture is transferred into the video memory. The x-ray picture is then
transferred continually as video image and can easily be transmitted via video link of a manipulator vehicle, e.g. tEODor, MV4 or Cyclops. As soon as a new process is being initiated, the old x-ray picture is replaced by the new one. All functions of the TELEVIS system are either performed via the manipulator vehicle’s operation panel or via the (included) laptop. The evaluation of the x-ray picture is done directly via the monitor of the manipulator’s operation stand or laptop. A highly advanced graphics notebook with a frame-grabber card and special software to measure, evaluate, compare and store pictures is part of the volume

ScanTrak is a portable X-Ray viewing system including the following components

• Lightweight X Ray Generator – pulsed 150kV output with a 40º beam angle
• Laptop PC MS Windows operating system using Pentium III, Celeron or higher CPU with 128 Mb Ram and 10Gb or higher Hard Drive.
• Image Capture Unit (ICU) containing a solid state camera, image processing hardware and 12VDC battery
• Transportation Case, water and dust resistant acting as operator console and power supply system.
• 50 metre cable drum and optional wireless control
• Instruction manuals

• The X Ray generator is available in different sizes and operating types. Pulsed 150kV is the standard default system
• The generator is provided complete with 2 safety keys, 2 batteries, charger and cables with accessories. No further equipment is needed for use. A compatible tripod is available as an optional extra.

Laptop (Notebook) PC

• This is provided pre-loaded with the current Windows operating system, ScanTrak software, and an Ethernet LAN 10/100 communications card. UK English is the default language but most modern languages are available on request.

Image Capture Unit (ICU)

• The image capture unit is placed immediately behind the object to be viewed.
• When the x-ray generator is aimed towards the ICU and energised the ICU camera collects the image.
• The image is fed to the ICU on board processor. The PC format image is in turn sent back to the Laptop via the 50-metre cable or the optional wireless connection.
• An X-ray picture is displayed within seconds on to the laptop’s screen. The image can then be manipulated and analysed by the operator.
